2023 · A year of evolution at Los Danzantes Oaxaca
This video showcases my application of Food Design at Los Danzantes Oaxaca to create a new concept of Contemporary and Sustainable Mexican Cuisine.
I kept some of their iconic dishes on the menu but decisively refined and improved every recipe. I prioritized modern plating techniques to create a striking visual impact, ensuring the dishes are not only delicious but also visually captivating.
Furthermore, I took the initiative to introduce new dishes that modernize the menu, fully utilizing the fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden.
